What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally occurring compound found in the cannabis flower. This plant has a long history as a medicine going back thousands of years. Is CBD legal?
CBD is widely available nationwide in many forms. In 2018, updates to the U.S. Farm Bill legalized the commercial cultivation of hemp under new regulations, there is no need for a prescription or medical card to purchase CBD. Having only trace amounts of THC, our hemp CBD oil is non-psychoactive and legal in all 50 states.
